We have reserved a block of residential units on the campus of Concordia University Irvine so that attendees can stay close to one another and easily return to their rooms if needed throughout each day. Lodging includes recreational areas, walking trails, sports courts, and courtyards for fellowship during the late afternoons and evenings. This housing is optional and you are free to arrange lodging elsewhere.

Use the online form below (or download pdf) to reserve one or more units. A $50 deposit per unit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit will be fully refunded if requested before June 15, 2026. The remaining balance ($550) will be due at check-in.

Check-in will be on July 28, and check-out will be on July 31, 2026.

*Note: The university units do not include linens; however, we are seeking donations to help provide rental sheets, blankets, and towels during your stay.
